Directions

From I-81 Heading North or South

  • Merge onto PA-309 North via exit 170B toward Wilkes-Barre which is the Cross Valley Expressway.
  • Take exit 4 “Kingston/Forty Fort Exit”.
  • As you exit, stay to the left.
  • Turn left at the light.
  • Move to the right lane and go straight through the next traffic light.
  • You will pass Eye Care Specialists, which is two blocks on the left.
  • Turn right onto E. Dorrance Street.
  • Kingston Surgery Center parking is on the left hand side before the traffic light.
From I-476 (PA Turnpike, Northeast extension)
  • Take exit 105, the Wilkes-Barre/Bear Creek exit. At the end of the ramp, after exiting through toll booth, turn left onto PA 115 North towards
  • Wilkes-Barre.
  • The road name changes to SR 309.
  • Take exit 4 “Kingston/Forty Fort Exit”.
  • As you exit, stay to the left. Turn left at the traffic light.
  • Move to the right lane and go straight through the next traffic light.
  • You will pass Eye Care Specialists, which is two blocks on the left.
  • Turn right onto E. Dorrance Street.
  • Kingston Surgery Center parking is on the left hand side before the traffic light.
From the Back Mountain Area
  • Take 309S to the Cross Valley Expressway.
  • Take exit 5 “Kingston/Forty Fort”, and bear right onto US-11 South / Wyoming Ave.
  • Turn left from US-11 South / Wyoming Avenue at the traffic light at East Dorrance Street.
  • Kingston Surgery Center parking is immediately on the right hand side behind the building.
From Route 11N (From Berwick)
  • In Kingston, look for Nesbitt Hospital on the left.
  • At the next light, turn right onto Dorrance Street.
  • Kingston Surgery Center parking is immediately on the right hand side behind the building.
From Route 11S (From Wyoming, Pittston, etc.)
  • Turn left from US-11 South / Wyoming Avenue at the traffic light at East Dorrance Street.
  • Kingston Surgery Center parking is immediately on the right hand side behind the building.
