Important Information About Closing for Coronavirus (COVID-19) Prevention
**3/30/20 Update: We are continuing to monitor the situation surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are doing our part to adhere to the directives and recommendations set in place by our state and local officials. Our offices will remain closed until further notice and guidance from the state to reopen. As soon as we are all over this hurdle together, we will reopen our offices. We will continue to communicate with you about our prospective open date as we find out more information.
In the meantime, we are still assisting patients with an eye emergency. If you experience an eye emergency, please call us at 1-800-322-4733. We will have limited staff available to assist you. If you are exhibiting symptoms of fever, cough or shortness of breath, please make that known at the time of your appointment, so we can triage the symptoms and determine the best facility to address your emergency.
Thank you for your continued patience and trust. We hope that you will continue to stay home and be safe during this time. We are all in this together and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

**3/23/20 Update: Based on guidelines from the AAO and CDC, we are extending our closure for at least an additional week. This means the earliest we could potentially reopen is Monday, April 6, 2020. We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you updated about our prospective open date as things progress. Thank you and stay safe.
Our patients’ health and safety is our top priority. We also believe it is our civic responsibility to do what is right for our local community and our employees. Due to the ongoing concern surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and our dedication to help end this global pandemic, we have made the decision to suspend all clinical and non-emergency appointments starting on Monday, March 16, 2020. At this time, we will be suspending these appointments for at least two weeks, but we will continue to keep you informed and up-to-date as we continuously monitor this situation.
During this two-week period, if you experience an eye emergency, please call us at 1-800-322-4733. We will have limited staff available to assist you. If you are exhibiting symptoms of fever, cough or shortness of breath, please make that known at the time of your appointment, so we can triage the symptoms and determine the best facility to address your emergency.
If you have an appointment or surgery scheduled during this two-week period, we will be reaching out to you to reschedule at a later date.
We remain committed to your health and safety. We will continue to monitor guidance from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO), as well as the state and local health agencies, as it relates to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and will communicate updates as necessary.
Thank you for your continued patience and trust. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
