These folks are so patient and kind! My former doctor retired, and it had been years since I had seen an eye doctorI had forgotten (brain fog) to bring the correct insurance card. The check in folks were calm and helpful until we got the info.The technician was so patient when I couldn't answer all of his questions.Dr Jones was professional, and took time to answer questions of a new patient.The opticians helped me SO much.Both April, and her colleague helped me with examples, explanations, and my so many questions about my first pair of prescription glasses at my old age

My name is Dury and today(Tuesday) is a day that i will not forget. I woke up with what was later concluded as an allergic reaction in my left eye. I went to the eye care specialists place in Hazleton in hopes of being seen. At first things seemed bleak because I have different insurance and they were booked solid until Thursday. After being booked for Thursday, i went to my car and cried because my eye really had me freaked out. I told myself to snap out of it, to calm down, and suddenly my phone rang; it was the eye care specialists calling me cuz someone had cancelled their appointment, I hadnt even left the parking lot. So they got me right in, I got to see Dr. Rymer, Bree, & another woman who brought me to the room. I feel bad I didnt know everyones names, but everyone took care of me so quickly and generously despite how busy the place was. The generosity and kindness that was extended to me today is so very appreciated and will not be forgotten. I left there believing in angels. Thank you to everyone at the Eye Care Specialists in Hazleton! You are truly godsends in this world and deserve the very best recognition and blessings.
